Watercolor: Understanding Mediums, Color Theory and Techniques
We will introduce watercolor materials and fundamentals to understand water control fundamentals, transparency and other basic studies. We will understand color theory and the relationships between warm and cool colors.

About the event
Join us in this 4-week course on a journey of discovery. We will introduce watercolor materials and fundamentals to understand water control fundamentals, transparency and other basic studies. We will understand color theory and the relationships between warm and cool colors. We will learn to create neutral tones, glazing, and layering colors emphasizing color relation. We will complete a final watercolor painting with confidence and understanding the value of color temperature and atmospheric perspective. Class is held in partnership with City of Goodyear.
