Discover the beauty of shape, color, and design in this engaging painting class with instructor Sondra Stanley. Inspired by geometric and hard-edge design, participants will explore how simple shapes can transform into striking works of art. Artists will begin by creating thumbnail sketches on grid paper, experimenting with composition and color using colored pencils before transferring their designs onto canvas. Through guided instruction, students will develop a unique geometric painting while learning techniques in planning, design, and acrylic painting. No matter what your level of experience is, this class offers a creative and rewarding way to bring bold ideas to life. Class is held in partnership with Catitude Arts.
